Appeal an NLS decision

If the NLS Ethics Panel has issued a warning, suspension, or revocation, the subject may file an appeal within 14 days of the decision. The Appeals Panel will respond within 30 days.

The complaint ID is in the email or written decision sent to you.

How we use this information. The NLS Spain, S.L. is the controller. We use the information to administer your appeal and communicate the outcome. The legal bases are our legitimate interests in operating the NLS professional standards process, compliance with applicable obligations, and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Information is available only to authorised staff, panel members and service providers where required, and is retained only for the procedure and applicable legal-claims periods.
