Plot / Land for sale in Felanitx, Balearic Islands €750.000

Located on the outskirts of S’Horta, this rural building plot of approx. 19,800 m² boasts an elevated position with wide 180-degree panoramic views extending to the sea. An approved finca project is in place for a two-storey detached house with approximately 236 m² of living space, a pergola of around 57 m², and an 8 x 4 m swimming pool. The planned finca features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, designed to capture sea views even from the ground floor. The layout across two levels offers excellent opportunities to thoughtfully separate living and guest areas, adapting them to personal preferences. Construction can commence immediately; the necessary steps for electricity and water connections have already been initiated. The tranquil location offers privacy and is ideal for a holiday home with short distances to beaches and golf course. Detailed project documents, floor plans, and the exposé are available upon request.
