Just a few minutes’ walk from the natural beach of Es Trenc, this finca is set near Ses Covetes on an enclosed plot of 8,091 m². A holiday rental licence is in place. From the entrance in the round tower, a curved natural-stone staircase leads upstairs, while on the ground floor a Marès arch connects the dining area with the sitting room and open-plan kitchen. All three bedrooms open directly onto the garden, alongside two bathrooms.
