Villa en venta en Casco antiguo, Marbella €845.000

Large apartment to refurbish in a former palace converted into flats. The building has a nice patio at the entrance. The apartment has a basement, mezzanine and first floor. The first floor is the one that is in better condition, but also needs to be reformed as the lower floors. MallorcaSite, your real estate agency in Mallorca, recommends this property for its location, being in the old town, for the character of the building, for its size.
