The estate has a large flat area on where the house is located and where you could have a large vineyard plantation, as well as a large almond grove and between 2,000-3,000 olive trees. The constructed buildings are in good condition although they need a reform to accommodate the needs of today. The property has total privacy and a very large extension of private land, 98 hectares where we find almond trees, ancient olive trees, pines and oaks. The main property has large living rooms, dining rooms, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, as well as service house, agricultural stores, stables, oil mill and a chapel. MallorcaSite, your real estate agency in Mallorca, recommends this property for being located in a tranquil area,  for the views over the mountains, for the spaciousness of the house and the land.
