Villa en venta en Felanitx, Balearic Islands

This exclusive 1,153.26m² plot in Portocolom presents a rare opportunity to build up to two luxury Mediterranean villas in one of the last remaining seafront buildable zones. Slightly set back from the cliffs, the site offers the perfect balance of privacy, direct sea access, and long-term investment potential, framed by panoramic views of Portocolom Bay and Sant Salvador. South-facing and bathed in sunlight throughout the day, the gently sloping terrain allows for split-level or single-level villa designs with terraces, gardens, and rooftop living areas that integrate naturally with the Mediterranean landscape. New walking trails will connect residents to Cala SAlgar, Cala Sa Nau, the old town, Bar Blau, and the beachfront chiringuito, combining lifestyle, leisure, and convenience for buyers seeking Portocolom plots beach, sea view plots in Mallorca, or bespoke coastal homes. Located in a quiet residential enclave, this plot is just minutes from the marina, local beaches, and village amenities while remaining surrounded by protected greenery and low-density development. Development permissions from the regional council and national authorities have been granted to the Ajuntament de Felanitx, and the municipal sewage installation is imminent. Once complete, building applications can be submitted, with licenses potentially granted within four months under Mallorcas accelerated approval process. Several plots in this exclusive enclave have already been sold, underscoring the strong demand for prime coastal land.
