Alex Estates

I've been working in the real estate sector for more than 12 years and have earned an impeccable reputation during this time. With such a background, I can confidently say that the most important thing for me in communicating with clients is the relationship. In a world where deals revolve around numbers and contracts, I’m not indifferent to either the seller or the buyer. I understand that buying or selling a home is not just a business deal; these are moments tied to emotions and dreams. Therefore, it’s important to be able to listen to the client, understand the task, and value their time. In addition to these basics, having knowledge of the market, the nuances of different areas, and the subtleties of the Spanish mentality is crucial.
