Before taking over the business in 2019, Charlotte Hanson and Isabel Rengel had both worked for Paraiso Real Estate for over ten years. Charlotte moved from UK to Spain to join her parents in 2003 and worked for one of the largest international agents on the Coast before falling in love with El Paraiso and deciding to focus her career and home life in the same geographical location. Mum to two small children, she has negotiated much of the life experiences in Spain that concern foreigners making a permanent move to the Costa del Sol, or looking to invest in a holiday home here. She has a long list of contacts to help clients every step of the way, how ever long ago they purchased or sold. Isabel was born and bred in Málaga province and moved to our area in 1995 to work in the most well-known school on the Costa del Sol, where she stayed for 9 years. Despite having trained as a teacher and philologist, she decided to leave her career in education attracted instead by the world of real estate world where she wanted to focus on providing a more personal and specialized customer service to those new to the area and needing a lot of advice (which often has more to do with the beginning of an exciting new life, rather than a simple property purchase.)
