Since 1994 Benimo-Villas has been in Swiss hands, starting with Karin's parents. In 2000 Karin joined the project and took over the management in 2017. During the more than 20 years of activity, she has gained a lot of experience and has taken the profession to another level. The desire to provide the best service to buyers and sellers has led her to continue her education in all aspects of the business. In 2021, Karin was joined by Katrien Lambrechts. This was a well thought strategic move to serve buyers faster in the very important North of Europe. Katrien spends half her time in Belgium, promoting properties to potential buyers, and the other half of her time showing those buyers properties here in the Costa Blanca. And of course, Karin Mühlemann is registration number RAICV 039.
