Connect your Optima-CRM feed to The NLS

Create a basket for The NLS in the Kyero (ES) format in the Optima-CRM Exporter, add your own properties, activate it to run nightly, copy the address from the CRON jobs tool and paste it into Inbound Feeds.

Optima-CRM exports to portals with baskets: one basket per export, in that portal's format. For The NLS you create a basket in the Kyero format, fill it with your own properties and activate it. It then rebuilds every night at the cut-off time you choose.

The feed address is shown in the CRON jobs tool, or under Company. You paste it into Inbound Feeds on The NLS.

   Create a basket for The NLS

   In the Exporter, create a basket for The NLS in the Kyero (ES) format. Add your own properties to it. Never add MLS-incoming properties: The NLS holds anything that is not your own direct listing.

   Activate the basket and choose its cut-off time. It then runs every night. Open the CRON jobs tool, or look under Company, and copy the feed address shown for the basket.

   Keep the basket current

   New properties are not added to a basket automatically. When you list a property you want on The NLS, add it to the basket. A change to a property already in the basket is in that night's feed if you make it before the cut-off time.

   A property that fails the Kyero rules is flagged with a button in the basket. Click it to see what is missing and correct the property.

   Add the feed in Inbound Feeds

   On The NLS, go to Mis inmuebles and choose Feeds de entrada in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address Optima-CRM gave you into URL de la fuente. It must start with https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example Optima-CRM sales, then click Add Feed.

   Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.

   Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.

   Import only some properties, if you want

   Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in Optima-CRM. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.

   Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.

   Check the listings arrived

   The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open Mis inmuebles. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.

   If you have just changed something in Optima-CRM, click Actualizar feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. The basket rebuilds every night at your cut-off time, and The NLS reads it overnight, so a change made before the cut-off shows the next day.

   Finish each draft before it goes live

   Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in Mis inmuebles, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.

   A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.
