In this video, you'll learn your way around the NLS CRM: your pipelines, adding a new client, and moving clients from stage to stage. Click CRM in the top menu. At the top of your CRM Home is your next best action: the client who needs you most right now, with buttons to email them, schedule something or log a note.

Questions about this

How do I find my way around the CRM?

Click CRM in the top menu. CRM Home shows your next best action, what's overdue today, and your pipeline, where each client is a card in the column for their stage. Use the switch to change between Buyers and Sellers. Clients lists everyone in one table, and Reports shows clients by stage, what's overdue and your workload.

What do On track, Need attention and At risk mean on a client card?

The label shows how the client is doing, and the line underneath gives the next step. If a follow-up passes its time, the client turns At risk. Click Needs action to see just the ones that need you.

How do I add a client to the CRM?

Click Add Client at the top right. Enter their name and at least an email or mobile number, choose Buyer or Seller, and add where they want to buy and their requirements (for a seller, the property address instead). Check the assigned agent and click Add client; their workspace opens in New Lead.

How do I move a client to the next stage?

Each stage shows what it needs. When a stage is complete, the Progress button turns red; click it and the client moves on. Often The NLS does it for you: when it sees evidence like a call logged, a showcase sent or a tour booked, it moves the client on by itself.
