Questions about this

Where do I find contracts and forms?

Every contract belongs to a deal. Open the deal, and the NLS Forms library sits beside its documents. Search any form by name, or browse by stage, such as Offers and Reservations or Compliance for the KYC and anti-money-laundering forms. Drag a form in or click its plus to add it to the deal.

How does the contract builder work?

It opens filled in from the deal: your agency, the place and date, the property and the seller. You type on the left; on the right is the contract itself, Spanish and English side by side, and each clause updates as you type. The bar at the top shows how complete the document is, section by section.

Is my contract saved as I type? Could it be sent by mistake?

Changes save automatically, and nothing is sent until you confirm. When you're ready, click Review and send.

What is a guided questionnaire, like the DIA?

Some documents, like the Dia (the information document for buyers in Andalucía), are guided questionnaires. You answer simple questions and The NLS writes the Spanish and English document from your answers. The panel at the top shows which answers are still missing; until they're all in, the document can't be issued.
