File a complaint

Use this form to report a concern about an NLS-verified agent or brokerage. Submissions are reviewed by the NLS Ethics Panel within 14 days. You may file anonymously, but doing so limits our ability to follow up.

Look up the agent / brokerage on the directory to find the ID, or quote their public NLS designation ID.

Minimum 30 characters. Be specific and factual; the panel may contact you for clarification.

How we use this information. The NLS Spain, S.L. is the controller. We use the information to assess your complaint, investigate it and communicate the outcome. The legal bases are our legitimate interests in operating the NLS professional standards process, compliance with applicable obligations, and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Information is available only to authorised staff, panel members and service providers where required, and is retained only for the procedure and applicable legal-claims periods.
