I am Claire Halliwell, founder and sole director of KIWII Real Estate. I came to Spain in 2003 with a one-year-old child and the belief that a better life was possible. In 2008, I began my professional career in Spanish property with Barrington Homes, later moving on to Castles Estate Agency. I learned the Costa del Sol market from the inside out, its realities, its cycles, and its opportunities. By 2021, after many years of experience and reflection, I took the step to create my own agency. KIWII Real Estate was born not from a desire to 'be an estate agent', but from a clear philosophy: you, and estate agency deserves a higher level of professionalism, honesty and care.
