Connect your Resales-Online feed to The NLS

Copy the Kyero feed address from Properties, Feed Out, XML feeds in Resales-Online, add &KV=3 and &IC=0, tick the Kyero box on each property you want sent, and paste the address into Inbound Feeds.

Every Resales-Online account has a Kyero feed of its own. It may carry only your own direct listings. Resales-Online does not allow Network or shared properties to go to any portal, and The NLS holds anything that is not yours.

You copy the address yourself, add two settings to the end of it, and paste it into Inbound Feeds on The NLS. After that, the only ongoing job is ticking the Kyero box on each new property.

   Copy the Kyero feed address

   Log in to Resales-Online as an administrator. Open Propiedades, then the Feed Out sub-menu, then XML feeds. Every active feed is listed with its status.

   Click Copy Feed URL next to the Kyero feed. If there is no Kyero feed in the list, open the support chat, bottom right, and ask for the Kyero feed for The NLS.

   Note The address contains a password. Send it only to The NLS, never in an open message or a shared document.

   Add the two settings to the end of the address

   Before you paste the address anywhere, add &KV=3 to the end so the feed comes out in Kyero version 3. Without it the feed is version 2.1. Then add &IC=0 so every photo is included.

   The end of the address then looks like …&KV=3&IC=0. Keep everything that was already there.

   Choose which properties travel

   When the Kyero feed is first created, every property that is Disponible on that day is included. Every property you add afterwards must be ticked by hand. Open the property, click Edit Property, tick the Kyero box at the bottom right of the Descriptions tab and save. Untick it to take the property out again.

   Only properties with the Estado drop-down set to Disponible travel. Off Market or Sold drops a property from the feed on the next read.

   Add the feed in Inbound Feeds

   On The NLS, go to Mis inmuebles and choose Feeds de entrada in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address Resales-Online gave you into URL de la fuente. It must start with https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example Resales-Online sales, then click Add Feed.

   Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.

   Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.

   Import only some properties, if you want

   Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in Resales-Online. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.

   Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.

   Check the listings arrived

   The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open Mis inmuebles. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.

   If you have just changed something in Resales-Online, click Actualizar feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. Resales-Online rebuilds the feed each time it is read and The NLS reads it overnight, so a change made today normally shows on The NLS tomorrow.

   Finish each draft before it goes live

   Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in Mis inmuebles, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.

   A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.
