Connect your Sooprema feed to The NLS

Ask Sooprema support for a custom Kyero v3 feed of your own listings, copy its address under Portales, Gestionar feeds, choose properties per portal with Añadir and Quitar, and paste the address into Inbound Feeds.

Sooprema publishes to more than seventy portals, Kyero among them, but The NLS is not in its list yet. Sooprema's own advice for a missing portal is consúltanos, so you ask them to add it as a custom feed.

Once the feed exists you copy its address from Sooprema, choose which properties go to The NLS, and paste the address into Inbound Feeds.

   Ask Sooprema for a custom Kyero feed

   Open a ticket at soporte.sooprema.com, WhatsApp +34 672 773 709, or email [email protected]. Ask for a custom XML feed in Kyero version 3 of your own listings for The NLS.

   When Sooprema confirms it, open Portales, después Gestionar feeds, and copy the address of the NLS feed.

   Choose which properties go to The NLS

   Properties are chosen per portal from the property list. Select the properties, open the tools menu on the right, and use Añadir to add them to The NLS or Quitar to remove them.

   Keep cartera compartida, other agencies' stock, out of the feed. The NLS holds anything that is not your own direct listing.

   Add the feed in Inbound Feeds

   On The NLS, go to Mis inmuebles and choose Feeds de entrada in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address Sooprema gave you into URL de la fuente. It must start with https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example Sooprema sales, then click Add Feed.

   Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.

   Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.

   Import only some properties, if you want

   Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in Sooprema. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.

   Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.

   Check the listings arrived

   The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open Mis inmuebles. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.

   If you have just changed something in Sooprema, click Actualizar feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. Changes made in Sooprema reach The NLS on the next daily read.

   Finish each draft before it goes live

   Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in Mis inmuebles, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.

   A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.
