Find your link under Data Feed Manager, My Data Feeds, Get Link in XML2U, ask XML2U support for the Kyero v3 version of it, and paste that link into Inbound Feeds.
XML2U turns your website or existing feed into portal feeds, including Kyero version 3. Your feed has a link that stays the same while its content updates daily, so you only ever send it once.
You find the link in XML2U, ask support for the Kyero version 3 version of it, and paste it into Inbound Feeds on The NLS.
Before you start
- An XML2U login at
xml2u.comwith a data feed already set up from your website or existing feed. - XML2U support is through the form at
xml2u.com/Support, or[email protected]y[email protected]. No phone is published. - Your NLS login, with My Listings in your dashboard.
-
Find your feed link
Log in to
xml2u.com, open Data Feed Manager, después My Data Feeds. Click View/Edit beside your feed, then Get Link. You only send a link once. The address stays the same and the content updates daily. Send My Feed records where you have sent it.
-
Ask XML2U for the Kyero v3 version
Use the form at
xml2u.com/Supportand ask XML2U for the Kyero version 3 version of that link for The NLS. That is the address to paste into Inbound Feeds. -
Choose what the feed contains
By default the feed carries every listing on your source website. XML2U's robot revisits the site daily, so new and removed listings follow automatically.
To send only some listings to The NLS, ask XML2U support for a selection feed. Each selection is its own feed with its own link. Every feed also joins the XML2U Bulk Feed unless you opt out under Ajustes.
-
Add the feed in Inbound Feeds
On The NLS, go to Mis inmuebles and choose Feeds de entrada in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address XML2U gave you into URL de la fuente. It must start with
https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example XML2U sales, then click Add Feed.Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.
Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.
-
Import only some properties, if you want
Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in XML2U. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.
Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.
-
Check the listings arrived
The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open Mis inmuebles. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.
If you have just changed something in XML2U, click Actualizar feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. XML2U's robot revisits your source site daily, so the feed content updates once a day.
-
Finish each draft before it goes live
Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in Mis inmuebles, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.
A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.
Conviene saber
- Shared listings on your website? If your site shows other agencies' properties, ask XML2U for a selection feed of your own stock. The NLS holds anything that is not yours.
- Photos missing or out of date: photos arrive after the listing text, normally within two hours. If they are still wrong the next day, check the photos on the property in XML2U, wait for the feed to rebuild and click Actualizar feeds.
- Wrong price or description: The NLS shows what the feed carries. Correct the property in XML2U, not on The NLS, so the next import brings the fix with it.
- Shared, MLS or network properties must not be in the feed. The NLS holds anything that is not your own direct listing and never publishes it.
