Connect your Witei feed to The NLS

Guide 5 min read 6 steps Updated 1 Nov 2026 Copy link

Activate the XML interconnection under Settings, Property Manager, Interconnections in Witei, copy the XML link of publication, tick the XML icon on each property, and paste the link into Inbound Feeds.

Witei has a self-service Kyero version 3 XML. You switch it on yourself, copy its link and choose which properties it carries, with no support request needed.

The XML regenerates every 60 minutes and carries up to 50 photos per property. You paste the link into Inbound Feeds on The NLS.

Before you start

  • A Witei login. Administrators can do everything below. Other users need the permission publishing properties in interconnections.
  • Witei support, if you need it: the chat inside Witei is fastest, or [email protected]. No phone is published.
  • Your NLS login, with My Listings in your dashboard.
  1. Activate the XML and copy its link

In Witei go to Ajustes, Property Manager, Interconnections. Activate the XML interconnection, choosing all properties or a manual selection.

Back in Interconnections, open the XML row, click the gear under Options and choose Copy XML link of publication. That is the address for The NLS.

  2. Choose which properties go through

In the property list, click the XML icon on each property to include it. Green means it is being sent, grey means it is not. The three dots next to a property publish or unpublish in bulk.

The XML refreshes every hour, so a property you tick now is in the feed within the hour.

  3. Add the feed in Inbound Feeds

On The NLS, go to Mis inmuebles and choose Feeds de entrada in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address Witei gave you into URL de la fuente. It must start with https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example Witei sales, then click Add Feed.

Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.

Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.

  4. Import only some properties, if you want

Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in Witei. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.

Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.

  5. Check the listings arrived

The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open Mis inmuebles. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.

If you have just changed something in Witei, click Actualizar feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. The XML regenerates every 60 minutes, so wait an hour after a change before you refresh.

  6. Finish each draft before it goes live

Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in Mis inmuebles, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.

A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.

Conviene saber

  • Icon not clickable? You need the permission publishing properties in interconnections. Ask your Witei administrator to grant it.
  • Photos missing or out of date: photos arrive after the listing text, normally within two hours. If they are still wrong the next day, check the photos on the property in Witei, wait for the feed to rebuild and click Actualizar feeds.
  • Wrong price or description: The NLS shows what the feed carries. Correct the property in Witei, not on The NLS, so the next import brings the fix with it.
  • Shared, MLS or network properties must not be in the feed. The NLS holds anything that is not your own direct listing and never publishes it.

Questions about this

Which Witei properties go to The NLS?

Why are my imported listings in Drafts?

Imported listings wait in Drafts until the address, the listing agreement with the seller and the expiry date are confirmed. Open Drafts in My Listings to finish each one. Photos normally appear within two hours; very large imports can take up to 24 hours. Listings missing from the feed later are withdrawn automatically and republished if they reappear.
