Search the agents directory by name, agency or market, sort by inventory or activity, open an agent's profile, and follow or message them.
The agents directory lists every professional on the NLS network, with their listings, inventory and whether they are active today. Use it to find the agent behind a listing, to look for colleagues who work your area, or to spot agents whose buyers match what you have.
Before you start
- Nothing. The directory is open to every member.

Open the directory
In the top menu, open Buscar and choose Agentes. You can also reach it from Explore the Network on your dashboard.

Search and filter
Search by name, agency or market, or use the filters for location, agency, listings, buyer wants and active agents.
Sort by inventory value, active listings, buyer wants, NLS activity or name. Each row shows the agent's listings, inventory and whether they are active today.

Open a profile
Click View Profile to open an agent's page. It shows their active listings and inventory, their buyer wants and the areas where they are strongest, with their listings underneath.

Follow or message
Back in the directory, click Follow to see an agent's activity in your Following feed on the dashboard, or Mensaje to get in touch.
When an agent's buyers match your listings, the directory flags a potential match on their row, which is a good reason to message them.

Review who you follow
Your follows are listed under My Network, also reachable through Gestionar la red under the Network feed. Unfollow from there when a feed gets too busy.
Conviene saber
- Your own row is built from your public profile. If your areas or languages are missing, other agents cannot filter to you.
- Active today is a useful filter when you need a quick answer about a listing.
- Following is one-way. An agent does not need to follow you back for you to see their posts.

How do I find and follow another agent or agency?
Open Search and choose Agents. Search by name, agency or market, filter by location, agency, listings, buyer wants and active agents, and sort by inventory value, active listings, buyer wants, NLS activity or name. How do I post to the Network?
The Network is in your dashboard's right-hand rail. Click the box at the top of the feed, write your question or news, and post it; every NLS agent sees it in their feed. Under any post you can like it, comment or email the agent, and on a property post, I Have a Buyer tells the agent you have someone for it.

How do I edit my profile?
Click your photo in the top right, then My Profile. On the Public Profile tab add a photo (a square image of at least 600 pixels works best), your bio, display name, brokerage, phone numbers and WhatsApp, region, areas, languages and specialisms, then click Save Changes. Your profile strength at the top goes up as you add more, and the tip underneath tells you what to add next.
