Learn what each part of your home page does: the top menu, the quick-add buttons, AI search, your tiles, Market Watch and the right-hand rail with its Network and Alerts tabs.
Your dashboard is your home page. You land on it every time you log in, and clicking the NLS logo always brings you back. It is built to show you who is waiting on you, what state your book is in and what is happening in your market, with a way into every tool at most a click away.
Before you start
- A logged-in account. The more listings, wants and clients you have, the more the tiles have to show.

Use the top menu
Along the top is the main menu: Inicio, Buscar, Inmuebles, Compradores, Visitas, Open Houses, Operaciones and the CRM. Buscar opens new developments, the map, market intelligence, open houses and the agents directory.
+ Add lets you add a listing, a want or a lead from any page.

Know the icons on the right
On the right of the top bar, the heart is your watchlist, the bell is your messages and the gear holds your settings. Your photo opens your account menu: Mi perfil, Membresía, NLS News y Cerrar sesión.

Start something in one click
Next to your greeting, the Inmueble, Demanda y Contacto buttons start each one in a single click.
AI property search sits in the middle of the page. Type what you are after in plain English or Spanish. The NLS shows what it understood, and your saved searches sit underneath.

Read your tiles
Below the search are your tiles. Nuevos contactos y Respuestas a visitas show who is waiting on you. Inmuebles shows your book by status and anything that needs attention, such as a missing energy certificate. Compradores, Operaciones y Marketing do the same for your wants, your deals and your contacts. Click any tile to open it.

Watch your market
Further down, Explore the Network links to the map, market intelligence, open houses and agents.
Observatorio del mercado shows what is happening in your market: active listings, average prices and buyer demand. Pick a region to focus on it, or ask NLS about this market.

Work from the right-hand rail
At the top of the rail, the Next best action card suggests the one thing most worth doing now. Underneath, the Network tab shows what other agents are sharing, and the Alertas tab collects everything that needs you, such as new leads, deals and signatures. Mark all read clears the list.
Conviene saber
- Lost? Click the logo. It brings you back to the dashboard from any page.
- Tiles are filters. Clicking the attention line on Inmuebles opens only the listings that need something.
- Change the photo at the top under Personalización in the gear menu.
- The rail has its own guides: Work through your next best actions y Share and follow on the Network.

Where do I see my alerts?
On your dashboard, under the Next best action card, the Alerts tab collects everything that needs you, like new leads, deals and signatures. Mark all read clears the list. The Network tab next to it shows what other agents are sharing.
