Let Polly set things up for you

Ask Polly in your own words to add a listing, a client, a buyer want, an open house or a private viewing. She fills in the page and you check it and save or publish it yourself.

Polly, the NLS assistant, can do more than answer questions. Tell her what you want to set up and she asks only for what is missing, one thing at a time, reads it back, and gives you a single button. The button opens the right page already filled in. You add anything else, then save or publish. Nothing is created, sent or published until you press that button on the page yourself.

It works for listings, public and private, clients, buyer wants, open houses and private viewings, your XML feed, a team invitation, a new deal, a contract such as a reservation agreement, a property search and a newsletter featuring one of your listings.

   Open Polly and say what you want

   Click Polly's photo in the bottom corner of any members page and say what you want in your own words, for example I want to add a listing, add a seller or set up a private viewing.

   You can give the details in the same message, such as a villa in Nueva Andalucía, 2.95m, 5 beds, 6 baths, or answer her questions one at a time. If you ask a question about something she can set up, she answers it and offers to do it. Just say yes.

   Answer what is missing

   Polly keeps track of what you have already said and asks for the next thing she needs. For a listing that is the type, the area, the price, and the bedrooms and bathrooms. For a viewing it is the property, the day, the start and end time and the slot length. She understands dates like tomorrow, next Saturday or 14/11.

   If you ask something else part-way through, she answers and carries on where you left off.

   Check the read-back

   When she has everything, Polly reads it back so you can correct anything, then gives you one button. The details are checked by The NLS rather than guessed: only your own published listings can be chosen, dates must be today or later, and prices, sizes and room counts must be sensible numbers.

   Open the page and finish it

   Click the button. For a listing it opens Add a property with those fields filled in and a note that Polly filled them. Add your photos and description, then save a draft or publish. For a client it opens Add client in your CRM with the name, contact details and Buyer or Seller already chosen; add anything else and save. For a viewing it opens Mis jornadas de puertas abiertas with the form filled in; check it and publish.

   The page shows exactly what will be saved, so you can change anything before you commit.

   Note Nothing goes out until you press Save, Publicar, Enviar or Invite on the page yourself. Polly never saves or sends on your behalf.

   Try the other things she can do

   Tell her what your buyer is looking for and she prepares the want. Ask her to add a private listing and Privado is already selected, so it is shown only to NLS members. Give her your feed's https address and she opens your feeds page with it filled in. She can also invite a colleague, start a deal, prepare a contract, or run a search such as three-bed villas in Benahavís under two million.
