Search for a property with AI

Describe the property in a sentence, in English or Spanish, check how The NLS read it, then refine the results, open a listing and contact the agent without leaving the page.

AI Search is the first thing on your dashboard. Instead of filling in a form, you type what you are looking for the way you would say it to a colleague. The NLS reads the property type, the area and the budget from your sentence and finds live listings across the whole network, including nearby areas you did not name.

   Open AI Search

   Sign in. At the top of your dashboard you will see Who are we searching for today? Next to it is a switch with two positions, Me y Client. Leave it on Me for a search of your own.

   Describe what you want

   Type your brief into the search bar in plain words, for example Spacious villa in Nueva Andalucía, around 6.7 million euros. You can type in Spanish too: Villa con piscina en Estepona, hasta un millón.

   As you type, small chips appear under the bar showing how The NLS reads your brief: the type of property, the area and the budget. If a chip is wrong, change your sentence rather than the chip. When the chips look right, press the search button.

   Note A search for a town includes its nearby areas. Search for Marbella and listings in Benahavís and La Zagaleta are included. You can also search by postcode: 29660 finds Nueva Andalucía.

   Read the results

   One line above the bar sums up what was searched, and the bar itself shows how it was read. Your results appear below as cards. Each card shows the price, the price per square metre, the area, beds, baths and size, and you can flick through the photos on the card itself.

   Refine the search

   The status chips switch the results between active, pending, sold, expired and withdrawn listings. Sold and withdrawn are useful when you are checking what a similar property went for.

   Sort changes the order, for example closest to budget or newest. Refine nudges the search for you with one click: cheaper, more beds, larger, or nearer the beach. You can also edit your sentence and search again.

   Open a listing without losing your place

   Click View full listing on a card. The full details open in a panel on the right, so your results stay where they were. Close the panel to carry on down the list.

   Contact the listing agent

   Click Make appointment on a card to see the listing agent's phone number and email. Tap either one to call or email them about a viewing. Nothing is sent until you do.
