Save a search, get alerts and keep a watchlist

Guide 4 min read 6 steps Updated 1 Nov 2026 Copy link

Save any AI search with email or WhatsApp alerts, run it again from the search bar, manage the full list from Saved Searches, and keep individual homes on your watchlist with the heart.

A saved search keeps a brief alive. The NLS runs it for you and, if you turn alerts on, emails you the moment a new listing matches. Your saved searches sit under the search bar with a live count of matching listings, and a fuller list lives under Búsquedas guardadas.

The watchlist is for single properties. Tap the heart on a photo and the home is kept where you can print it, save it or email it to a buyer.

Before you start

  1. Save the search

Run the search. Under the bar, press Save search and give it a name you will recognise, for example the buyer's name and the area.

  2. Choose your alerts

Pick one of three settings. Correo electrónico tells you as soon as a new listing matches. WhatsApp sends the same email with a button to forward the match on WhatsApp. Off keeps the search with no alerts.

Note Alerts come to you, the agent, not to your client. Forward what is worth forwarding.

  3. Run it again from the search bar

Your saved searches sit under the search bar. The number on each one is how many listings match right now. Tap one to run it again. Use the three dots on a saved search to rename it, edit it, change its alerts or delete it.

  4. Manage the full list

For every saved search, open Búsquedas guardadas from your profile menu, or from the Compradores menu. Each one shows its criteria, with View Results y Editar.

No longer needed? Press Archivo, then confirm.

  5. Turn a search into a buyer want

On a saved search, Add buyer want copies the same criteria into a new buyer want, ready for you to check and publish. This tells every agent on the network what your buyer is looking for. See Post a buyer want.

  6. Keep an eye on a property

To watch a single home, tap the heart on its photo. It goes straight to your watchlist. Open the watchlist from the heart at the top of the page; the badge shows how many homes are on it.

The watchlist holds all the homes you have saved, with buyer wants you are watching on their own tab. Use Imprimir to print it or save it as a PDF from your browser's print dialogue, or Email watchlist to send it.

Conviene saber

  • One saved search per buyer is easier to keep tidy than one wide search. Name it after the buyer.
  • Archiving is not deleting. An archived search leaves the list but its criteria are kept. Delete from the three-dots menu under the search bar if you want it gone.
  • A search for a client is saved on their CRM record automatically, so you do not need to save it again by hand.
  • Alerts stop when you archive or delete a search, or set its alerts to Off.
