Browse every want on the network in Buyer Matches, open one that fits a listing of yours, and contact the agent or send them your property against their brief.
Buyer wants work both ways. Every want on the network is public to members, so when another agent's buyer is looking for something you have, you can put your listing in front of them directly. Paying members also get a daily email of new wants in their region, so the fit comes to you.
Before you start
- A live listing of your own on The NLS.
- A few minutes to read the want's brief, especially the areas and the essentials.

Open Buyer Matches
Go to the Compradores menu and open Buyer Matches. This lists every want on the network. Click View want on any card to open it.

Check the fit
Read the budget, the areas, the brief and the features marked essential. The map shows a twelve-kilometre circle around each area; a listing inside a circle can match. If your listing is outside every circle, or breaks a deal-breaker, it is not a fit.

Contact the agent
From the panel on the right you can call the agent, email them about the want, or message them in your Universal Inbox. The want's details are kept with the message so the agent knows which buyer you mean.

Send your property against the brief
Click Contact agent, después Send my property. Choose the listing and send it. The agent receives your listing attached to their want, so they can show it to their buyer straight away.

Watch the daily wants email
If you are a paying member, you get one email a day with the new wants posted since the last one, for your region. Click View this want to open one, or See all buyer wants. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
Conviene saber
- Lead with the fit. In your message, say which essentials your listing meets and where it sits against the budget. Agents skim.
- Co-operation terms are between you and the other agent. Agree them before the viewing, not after.
- Your own wants appear in the same list. Use Mis demandas to manage those instead.

I have a listing that fits another agent's buyer want. How do I tell them?
Go to Buyers, Buyer Matches, and click View want on any card. From the panel on the right you can call the agent, email about the want, or message them in your Universal Inbox, or click Contact agent, then Send my property, to send your listing against their brief.

How far from my areas can a listing match my want?
Each area on your want gets a twelve-kilometre circle, and a listing inside a circle can match. You also set how flexible the buyer is about areas, for example nearby up to five kilometres.
