Open your want, pick from Matches for this Want, send them as a showcase that adds the buyer to your CRM, and act on the match emails The NLS sends when new listings fit.
Every want you post is matched against live listings across The NLS, with a score for how closely each listing fits the brief. You can send the best ones to your buyer as a private showcase page, and The NLS emails you when a new listing matches so you can reach out before anyone else.
This guide starts from a published want. If you have not posted one yet, see Post a buyer want.
Before you start
- A published buyer want in Mis demandas.
- Your buyer's name and an email address or phone number.

Open the matches for your want
Go to the Compradores menu, open Mis demandas and open your want. Scroll down to Matches for this Want. Each card shows the price, the area and how closely the listing fits the brief.

Pick the ones your buyer should see
Tick the matches you want to send, then click Send as showcase.

Add your buyer
Enter your buyer's name and an email address or phone number. If the buyer is not in your CRM yet, they are added as a contact now. Click Create showcase.

Send it
Your showcase is ready. Copy the link, send it by WhatsApp, or open it first to check it. Your buyer sees the homes you picked with your name on the page, and can tell you which ones they like.
Your buyer now sits in your CRM too, and you will see them at the top of your Alertas.

Act on match alerts
When new listings come in that match one of your wants, The NLS emails you once a day with the new matches. Each match says why it fits. Click View listing to open it, then contact the listing agent or add it to your buyer's next showcase.
Note Alerts go to you, not to your buyer. You decide what they see.

Keep the want up to date
If your buyer's brief changes, use Editar in Mis demandas so the matches change with it. When the buyer finds a home, use Actualizar estado or Archivo so other agents stop contacting you about it.
Conviene saber
- Send a few at a time. A showcase of four or five well-chosen homes gets more replies than twenty.
- Match scores follow your essentials. If a good listing scores low, check whether a feature marked essential on the want is really a must-have.
- Other agents can send you listings against your want from Buyer Matches. See Send your listing to another agent's buyer want.
- Searching for the same buyer in AI Search and sending a shortlist also works, and the two routes end on the same kind of showcase page.

How do I see listings that match my want and send them to my buyer?
Open your want from My Wants and scroll to Matches for this Want; each card shows the price, area and how closely it fits. Tick the ones your buyer should see, click Send as showcase, enter their name and an email or phone, and click Create showcase. Your buyer is added to your CRM as a contact.

How often will I get buyer-match emails?
Once a day, and only for new matches. When new listings match one of your wants, The NLS emails you and each match says why it fits, so you can reach out first. Click View listing to open it.

How far from my areas can a listing match my want?
Each area on your want gets a twelve-kilometre circle, and a listing inside a circle can match. You also set how flexible the buyer is about areas, for example nearby up to five kilometres.

How do I edit, close or update a buyer want?
Open Buyers, then My Wants. Use Edit to change a want, Archive to close it, or Update Status to show where it stands. Click View to see it as other agents do.
