Send your listings to your own website

Guide 6 min read 6 steps Updated 1 Nov 2026 Copy link

Create a website feed in Outbound Feeds, point your site at its private address, and your own listings appear on your website and stay up to date on their own.

Your NLS listings can power your own website. A website feed is a private XML address (Kyero v3 format, with a JSON version) that carries your listings, photos and prices in English and Spanish. Your website, or your web developer, reads it on a schedule, so a change you make on The NLS shows on your site without you touching it again.

Many agency websites and WordPress property plugins already read Kyero feeds, because the same format is used by the big portals. If yours does not, the JSON version is easy for a developer to work with.

Before you start

  • A published listing or two on The NLS, so the feed has something to carry.
  • The address of your website, and if you have one, the pattern your site uses for listing pages, for example https://www.your-agency.com/property/{ref}/.
  • Whoever looks after your website, if you don't manage it yourself. You will hand them one address.
  1. Open Outbound Feeds

From your dashboard go to Mis inmuebles and choose Feeds de salida in the menu on the left. This is where every feed that leaves The NLS lives: feeds to portals and feeds to your website.

  2. Tell The NLS about your website

Scroll to Your website and area. Enter your Website address, for example https://www.your-agency.com.

If your site has a page per listing, add a Listing URL pattern so every listing in the feed links back to the right page on your site. Use {ref} for your agency reference or {id} for the NLS listing number, for example https://www.your-agency.com/property/{ref}/. Click Save.

Note Without a pattern the feed carries no listing links. Feeds never link to thenls.com, so visitors stay on your site.

  3. Choose the area, if you want one

In the same section you can limit website feeds to certain Provinces or Towns, one per line or separated by commas. A listing appears if it is in any listed province or town. Leave both empty to carry everything you have, anywhere in Spain.

This limit applies to your website feeds and your Property Hub website only. Portal feeds are not affected.

  4. Create the website feed

Under Create a feed, give it a name you will recognise, such as Agency website. For Destination pick My website. If the NLS network has approved your account for shared listings you will also see Include listings other agents shared with me; tick it to show network listings on your site as well as your own.

Click Create feed. The new feed appears in your list with its private address.

Note The address contains a long private token. Anyone with the address can read the feed, so share it only with your web developer.

  5. Give the address to your website

Click Copiar next to the feed address. The address ends in .xml; swap the ending for .json if your developer prefers JSON. Both carry the same listings.

Paste the address into your website's property import. On WordPress this is usually a property or real-estate plugin with a Kyero or XML feed import option. On a custom site, your developer sets up a job that fetches the address every hour or so and refreshes the listings from it.

Open the address in a browser once to check it loads and shows your listings.

  6. Check it, and keep it fresh

Your website should now show the listings, photos and prices from The NLS. From here on the feed updates itself whenever you add, edit, sell or withdraw a listing.

If you have just changed a listing and want the feed rebuilt straight away, click Rebuild now on the feed. Rebuilds are rate-limited, so give it a moment between clicks.

Conviene saber

  • Keep a listing off your website only: open the listing and use the feed controls under Control individual listings to exclude it from feeds without hiding it from the NLS network.
  • Private listings never travel in any feed.
  • Several websites? Create one feed per site so you can rename or remove each one on its own.
  • Regenerate the address if it was shared too widely: delete the feed and create a new one. The old address stops working the moment it is deleted.

Questions about this

How do I send my listings to portals like Idealista or Rightmove?

In Outbound Feeds, under Create a feed, give it a name, choose A portal, pick the portal from the list of 68, and click Create feed. Click Copy and paste the feed's private address into the portal. It carries only your own listings, in English, Spanish and the portal's language, and keeps itself up to date; click Rebuild now if you've just changed a listing.

Can other agents show my listings on their websites?

By default, everyone can feature your listings on their own website. In Syndication Grants you can choose selected partners only, or no one, and decide what travels with a shared listing, like the cadastral reference or running costs, and how exact the location is.
