Send your listings to a portal

Guide 5 min read 6 steps Updated 1 Nov 2026 Copy link

Create a portal feed in Outbound Feeds, pick the portal from the list, and paste the feed's private address into the portal. It carries your own listings in the format the portal accepts and keeps itself up to date.

Portals like Idealista, Fotocasa, Rightmove and Kyero collect listings from an XML feed. The NLS builds one for each portal in the format that portal accepts, in English, Spanish and the portal's own language, and keeps it fresh whenever you change a listing.

A portal feed carries only your own listings, never listings other agents have shared with you. This guide covers creating the feed, handing its address to the portal, and keeping a single listing off the portals when a seller asks.

Before you start

  • A published public listing or two, so the feed has something to carry.
  • An account with the portal, and the place in its settings where it accepts a feed address. Some portals ask you to send the address to their support team instead.
  1. Open Outbound Feeds

From your dashboard go to Mis inmuebles and choose Feeds de salida in the menu on the left. The header shows how many feeds you have and how many portals are available.

  2. Create the portal feed

Under Create a feed, type a Feed name you will recognise, for example Idealista - Costa del Sol. For Destination choose A portal.

Under Choose portal, pick the portal from the list. There are sixty-eight, grouped by country, and each entry shows the format it will be built in. Then click Create feed. The new feed appears in your list with its private address.

Note A portal already covered by one of your feeds is greyed out in the list. One feed per portal is enough.

  3. Give the address to the portal

Click Copiar next to the feed address and paste it where the portal asks for your XML feed, or send it to the portal's support team if that is how they connect agencies. Open loads the feed in a new tab so you can check it has your listings before you send it.

The portal collects your listings from that address on its own schedule, usually within a day. From then on the feed keeps itself up to date.

Note The address contains a long private token. Anyone with it can read your feed, so share it only with the portal.

  4. Rebuild after a change you want seen now

The feed rebuilds itself when you add, edit, sell or withdraw a listing. If you have just made a change and want it in the feed straight away, click Rebuild now on the feed. Rebuilds are rate-limited, so give it a moment between clicks.

The feed row also shows how many listings it carries, the languages included and when it was last built.

  5. Pause, replace or remove the feed

Disable pauses a feed without losing its address; Enable turns it back on. Regenerate URL gives the feed a new address and stops the old one working immediately, so give the portal the new one. Eliminar removes the feed and its address for good.

  6. Keep a single listing off the portals

Scroll to Property visibility y Control individual listings. Search your listings by reference or title. For a listing, tick Off in the Portals column to keep it off public portals while it stays shared with agents and websites, or tick Hide everywhere to keep it out of every feed. Click Save changes.

You can also set the same flags on the listing's own edit screen.

Conviene saber

  • Niche portal formats are best-effort. Validate the feed against the portal's sample before you go live with a smaller portal.
  • Private listings never travel in any feed, so a pocket listing needs no exclusion.
  • Several portals? Create one feed per portal. Each is built in that portal's own format, and you can rebuild or remove each on its own.
  • Your own website uses a different feed type. See the guide on sending your listings to your own website.

Can I keep one listing off the portals?

Can other agents show my listings on their websites?

By default, everyone can feature your listings on their own website. In Syndication Grants you can choose selected partners only, or no one, and decide what travels with a shared listing, like the cadastral reference or running costs, and how exact the location is.
