Work through your next best actions

Guide 4 min read 5 steps Updated 1 Nov 2026 Copy link

Use the Next best action card on your dashboard to do the one thing most worth doing now, step past suggestions that do not fit, and see every open job under Guided tasks.

At the top of your dashboard's right-hand rail is the Next best action card. It looks across your leads, deals, listings and setup and picks the one thing most worth doing now. Work the card a few times a day and nothing waits on you for long.

It is a suggestion, not a queue. You can skip past anything, and when nothing at all is waiting the card tells you that you are caught up.

Before you start

  • Nothing. The card works from day one, starting with your setup basics.
  1. Read the card

The card shows one suggestion with a short reason. Click the suggestion to go straight to the page where you finish it. Siguiente shows the following suggestion and Volver returns to the previous one.

  2. Understand the order

Clients waiting on you come first: a new lead to contact or a follow-up that is due. Offers to review and signatures that need attention jump to the top too.

Then comes work in progress, such as sending a client a showcase, preparing a valuation or creating the listing agreement for a draft listing. While you are getting set up it also covers the basics, such as connecting your listing feed and adding your first buyer want. Last are opportunities: a marketing campaign, buyer wants that could fit your listings, off-market property, or agents to work with.

  3. Do one

Click the suggestion. You land on the right page with the job ready to finish. For example, a suggestion to add a buyer want opens the Add a Buyer Want form ready to fill in. When you save, the card moves on to the next suggestion.

  4. Set aside what does not fit

If a suggestion is not relevant right now, click the cross. It steps aside for the rest of your session and the next suggestion takes its place. It may come back another day if it still applies.

  5. See the full list

Scroll down to Tareas guiadas for every job you can start, each with a count of what is waiting. Click any of them to begin, for example Publica un inmueble, which opens the draft waiting to be finished.

Conviene saber

  • Unfinished setup lands here. Anything you skipped in the welcome tour reappears as a next best action.
  • Dismissing is per session. Closing the browser or logging out resets what you set aside.
  • Alerts and actions are different. The Alertas tab lists everything that happened; the card picks the one thing to do about it.
