Connect your Apimo feed to The NLS

Ask Apimo support for a Kyero v3 gateway (passerelle) to The NLS, select the ads in the gateway under Transferts, press Envoyer, and paste the delivered feed address into Inbound Feeds.

Apimo sends listings through gateways, passerelles, under Transferts. Apimo pushes to each portal, so there is no feed address to copy until Apimo has set up a gateway to The NLS.

You ask Apimo for the gateway, choose which ads go through it, and paste the address Apimo gives you into Inbound Feeds on The NLS.

   Ask Apimo for a gateway to The NLS

   Click the Aide button at the bottom right, then Nous contacter. Or email [email protected], or call +33 4 89 89 04 83. Ask for a Kyero version 3 gateway to The NLS, with your own listings only.

   Apimo sets up the gateway and gives you the feed address. Keep it for the NLS step below.

   Select the ads to send

   Open the NLS gateway under Transferts, Passerelles. Tick the ads to send, or switch on sélection automatique in paramètres avancés so new eligible ads go out by themselves. Press Envoyer to force a send.

   Each gateway shows Sélection, Quota and Dernière publication. Sold properties and simple mandates may be blocked by the eligibility rules.

   Add the feed in Inbound Feeds

   On The NLS, go to My Listings and choose Inbound Feeds in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address Apimo gave you into Feed URL. It must start with https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example Apimo sales, then click Add Feed.

   Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.

   Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.

   Import only some properties, if you want

   Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in Apimo. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.

   Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.

   Check the listings arrived

   The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open My Listings. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.

   If you have just changed something in Apimo, click Refresh Feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. Press Envoyer in the gateway first so Apimo pushes the change, then refresh on The NLS.

   Finish each draft before it goes live

   Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in My Listings, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.

   A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.
