Flip AI Search to Client, search as usual so the search is saved on their file, tick the homes you like and send them a private showcase page by email, WhatsApp or link.
When you search for a particular buyer, tell AI Search who they are first. The search is then saved on their CRM record automatically, and the homes you pick can be sent to them in a couple of clicks as a private page with your name on it. Their answers come back to your dashboard.
Nothing is sent to the client when you start the search. You stay in control of what they see and when.
Before you start
- The client's name, or their name and email address if they are not in your CRM yet.
- A brief for the search. See Search for a property with AI if you have not used AI Search before.
-
Switch the search to Client
At the top of your dashboard, flip the switch next to Who are we searching for today? from Me to Client.
-
Choose or add the client
Find the client by name or email. If they are new, add them with their name and email. You can give the search a name here too. Press Continue.
Nothing is sent to the client at this point. You are only telling The NLS who the search is for.
-
Search as usual
Type the brief, check the chips and press the search button. Because the search is for a client, The NLS saves it on their file automatically, so you can run it again from their CRM record later.
-
Pick the homes to send
Tick the box in the corner of each card you want the client to see. A bar at the bottom of the page counts your picks. When you have enough, press Send Client.
-
Check the showcase
This is the Send showcase page. The preview below is exactly what your client will receive. Your client is already filled in because you searched for them. If not, type their name here or add a new client.
Add a short message if you like, saying why you chose these homes.
-
Choose how to send it
Sending by email sends the showcase from The NLS and logs it on your client's CRM record. Sending by WhatsApp opens WhatsApp on your phone or computer with the message ready. Or copy the link and send it your own way.
-
Read the replies
Your client gets a private page with your name and the homes you picked. On each home they slide from still deciding to this is the one, say yes or maybe, and request viewings with a message to you.
Their answers land under Tour replies on your dashboard.
Good to know
- Only the email route is logged on the CRM record by itself. If you send by WhatsApp or by link, add a note to the client's record so the team can see what went out.
- Search for yourself first if you are not sure of the brief. Switch to Client once the results look right, then search again.
- Matches from a buyer want can be sent the same way. See Send matches to your buyer and follow up alerts.
