See every live listing on a map by region and town, filter or just type what you want, then browse the new developments directory and its own map.
Map search shows every live listing on The NLS on a map, with a list of towns and how many listings each one has. It suits a buyer who knows the coast but not the exact town, and it accepts the same plain-English brief as AI Search.
New developments have their own directory and map, with the commission on offer shown on each card.
Before you start
- A logged-in NLS account.
- A region or town in mind, or a one-line brief.
-
Open map search
From your dashboard, scroll to Explore the Network and open Search & Map. Or choose Map from the Search menu at the top of the page.
On the left you see every town with listings and how many it has. On the right is the map.
-
Pick a region and a town
Pick a region, like Costa del Sol, and the map zooms in. Click a town to see its listings. Each card shows the price, the area, beds, baths and size, and opens the full listing when you click it.
-
Filter and sort
Narrow the list with the filters for location, price, beds and type, and sort by price or newest.
-
Or just ask
Type a brief such as three-bed villa near the beach in Marbella and the map filters itself. Suggestions underneath let you tweak it, like under 1.2 million or with a pool.
If the search is for a client, answer yes when asked, and the search is linked to them.
-
Browse new developments
Choose New Developments from the Search menu. Filter by region, area, type and price, then press Search. Each card shows the price range, beds and sizes, and the commission on offer.
Click View Development to open everything: price, status and construction stage, the developer, amenities, the location and the gallery.
-
Use the developments map
If you prefer a map, the developments map shows every development with filters for location, type, construction status and price.
Good to know
- Resale and new build in one go: run the brief in map search first, then check the same area in the developments directory. The two lists are separate.
- The commission shown on a development card is what the developer offers to the introducing agent. Check the development's page for the terms before you promise it to a buyer.
- Nearby towns are included when you type a brief, in the same way as AI Search. Click the town in the left-hand list if you want only that town.
