Read the Network feed in your dashboard rail, filter it, post a question or news to every NLS agent, react to property posts, and manage who you follow.
The Network is where NLS agents share listings, buyer needs, discussions and opportunities with each other. It lives in the Network tab of your dashboard's right-hand rail, under the Next best action card. Every post is visible to every NLS agent, so it is the quickest way to find a buyer for a listing or a listing for a buyer.
Before you start
- A completed public profile, so agents who see your post know who you are. See Set up your profile and agency details.

Read the feed
Open the Network tab in the right-hand rail. Use the filters to see all activity, just the agents you follow, properties, buyer wants, discussions or opportunities. Each post shows who shared it and when.

Act on a property post
On a property post, View Property opens the listing. I Have a Buyer tells the listing agent that you have someone for it, without leaving the feed.

Post to the Network
Click the box at the top of the feed, write your question or your news, and post it. Every NLS agent sees it in their feed.
Note Posts are visible to the whole network. To share a listing with a specific agent instead, use Message from their directory row or profile.

Like, comment or email
Under any post you can like it, comment on it, or email the agent who posted it directly.

Manage who you follow
Following an agent puts their activity in your Following filter. To change who you follow, click Manage Network under the feed, or open My Network.
To find an agent to follow, use the agents directory. See Find and follow other agents in the directory.
Good to know
- Buyer wants are posts too. Filter the feed to buyer wants to see what other agents' clients are looking for.
- Keep it professional. The feed is read by every member, so write as you would to a colleague you have not met.
- Network alerts can be turned on or off as a group under Notifications in the gear menu.

How do I post to the Network?

How do I find and follow another agent or agency?
Open Search and choose Agents. Search by name, agency or market, filter by location, agency, listings, buyer wants and active agents, and sort by inventory value, active listings, buyer wants, NLS activity or name. Click View Profile to open their page, Follow to see their activity in your Following feed, or Message to get in touch.
