Questions about this
How do I post a buyer want?
Click Want at the top of your dashboard to open Create Buyer Want. Fill in the areas, budget, size, bedrooms and bathrooms, and mark features as essential, preferred or deal-breakers. Tick the buyer verification declaration, and when the card on the right says Ready to publish, click Publish Want, or Save Draft to finish later.
Can the AI fill in a buyer want for me?
Yes: describe your buyer in plain English or Spanish and click Fill with AI. The NLS fills in the form, shows what it understood, and tells you what's still missing. Check every field before you publish. The AI never ticks the buyer verification declaration: that's your own statement that you represent this buyer.
Is my buyer's name published on a want?
No. The buyer's surname stays private and is never published. Other agents see the budget, the areas, your brief and how to contact you. Linking the want to a client in your CRM is optional.
How far from my areas can a listing match my want?
Each area on your want gets a twelve-kilometre circle, and a listing inside a circle can match. You also set how flexible the buyer is about areas, for example nearby up to five kilometres.
How do I edit, close or update a buyer want?
Open Buyers, then My Wants. Use Edit to change a want, Archive to close it, or Update Status to show where it stands. Click View to see it as other agents do.
Will The NLS remind me to update an old buyer want?
Yes. When a want is 60 days old, you get a Still looking? email: one click keeps it live, or marks it withdrawn. If you don't answer, the want is marked Withdrawn about 30 days later, and you can re-activate it from My Wants.
