Listing agreement and going live

Tutorial 19 2:36 5 chapters

A Public listing goes live once its listing agreement is in place. Until then, it waits in My Listings as a draft. On the listing itself, Listing Authority explains the two ways: upload an agreement the seller has already signed, or generate one here and have it e-signed. E-signing approves it automatically, with no admin step.

Questions about this

How does a public listing go live?

A public listing goes live once its listing agreement is in place; until then it waits in My Listings as a draft. Either generate the agreement in The NLS and have it e-signed, or upload one the seller has already signed. With e-signing, the moment both of you have signed the agreement is approved and the listing turns Active, with no admin step.

How do I create and send a listing agreement?

On the draft's card in My Listings, click Generate listing agreement and choose Exclusive or Non-exclusive. Fill in the place and date, the seller, the price, your fees and the mandate dates; the bilingual contract updates as you type. At 100 per cent click Review and send, then Send for signature, check the signers and click Email signing invitations.

My seller already signed the agreement on paper. What do I do?

Upload the agreement in Listing Authority on the listing, tick the listing terms, and publish. Our team checks it, and you'll get an email when it's approved and the listing goes Active, or if anything needs fixing.
