What can Polly set up for me?
Ask Polly in your own words and she can set up: a listing, a private listing, a buyer want, a client (buyer or seller) in your CRM, an open house, a private viewing, your XML feed, a team invite, a new deal, a contract or form such as a reservation agreement, offer, listing agreement, buyer representation, viewing sheet or KYC form, a property search on the map, and a newsletter featuring one of your listings. The NLS is for sales, so everything is set up as a sale.
How do I ask Polly to set something up?
Open Polly from the button at the bottom of any members page and say what you want, for example "I want to add a listing", "add a seller" or "set up a private viewing". You can give the details in the same message ("a villa in Nueva Andalucía, 2.95m, 5 beds, 6 baths") or answer her questions one at a time. If you ask a question about something she can set up, she answers it and offers to do it for you: just say yes. If you need the button again later, ask her for the link.
Does Polly publish or save anything herself?
No. Polly never creates, saves, sends or publishes anything. When she has the details she reads them back and gives you one button. It opens the right page already filled in, and nothing happens until you check it and press Save, Publish, Send or Invite there yourself.
Can Polly add a listing for me?
Yes, public or private. Tell her the property type, the area, the asking price and the bedrooms and bathrooms (and the built and plot size if you like). The button opens Add a property with those fields filled in and a note that Polly filled them; add your photos, description and the rest, then save a draft or publish. For a private listing, Private is already selected, so it is shown only to NLS members.
Can Polly add a client or a seller to my CRM?
Yes. Say add a client, add a buyer or add a seller, then give their name and an email or phone number. The button opens Add client in your CRM with the name, contact details and Buyer or Seller already chosen. Add anything else, such as the property address for a seller, and press Save.
Can Polly set up an open house or a private viewing?
Yes. Tell her which of your published listings, the date and the start and end time; for a private viewing, also NLS booking slots (30 minutes or 1 hour) or your own Google booking page. She understands dates like tomorrow, next Saturday, 8 November or 14/11. Review and publish opens My Open Houses with the form filled in; check it and publish it yourself. Private viewing windows run on the hour or half hour between 09:00 and 21:00.
Can Polly add a buyer want?
Yes. Tell her what your buyer is looking for, for example "my buyer wants a villa in Benahavís, up to 2.5 million, 4 beds". She asks for anything missing (property types, areas, maximum budget, minimum bedrooms) and the button opens Add a want with them filled in, ready for you to check and publish.
Can Polly connect my XML feed?
Why does Polly ask one question at a time?
So you only ever give what is missing. Polly keeps track of what you have already told her in the conversation, asks for the next thing she needs, and reads everything back before giving you the button. If you ask a question part-way through, she answers it and carries on where you left off.
Is the information Polly fills in checked?
Yes. The details are worked out from your own messages and checked by The NLS, not guessed: only your own published listings can be chosen, dates must be today or later, prices, sizes and room counts must be sensible numbers, and feed addresses must be secure (https). Polly reads everything back before giving you the button, and the page it opens shows exactly what will be saved, so you can correct anything before you save or publish.
