Send your listings to your own website

Your NLS listings can power your own website, through a private feed that your site reads on a schedule, so a change you make here shows on your site on its own. From your dashboard, go to My Listings and choose Outbound Feeds in the menu on the left. Every feed that leaves The NLS lives here: feeds to portals, and feeds to your website.

2. 0:23From your dashboard, go to My Listings and choose Outbound Feeds in the menu on the left. Every feed that leaves The NLS lives here: feeds to portals, and feeds to your website.
3. 0:41Scroll to Your website and area and enter your Website address. If your site has a page per listing, add a Listing URL pattern, with {ref} for your agency reference or {id} for the NLS listing number, then click Save. Without a pattern, the feed carries no listing links.
4. 1:03In the same section you can limit your website feeds to certain provinces or towns, separated by commas or one per line. Leave both empty to carry everything you have, anywhere in Spain. Portal feeds are not affected.
5. 1:22Under Create a feed, give it a name you will recognise, and for Destination pick My website. Click Create feed. The new feed appears in your list with its private address: anyone who has it can read the feed, so share it only with your web developer.
6. 1:43Click Copy next to the address. It ends in .xml; swap the ending for .json if your developer prefers JSON. Paste it into your website's property import, usually a Kyero or XML feed option, and open the address in a browser once to check it loads.
7. 2:04From here on the feed updates itself whenever you add, edit, sell or withdraw a listing. If you have just changed something and want it rebuilt straight away, click Rebuild now. Rebuilds are rate-limited, so give it a moment between clicks.
8. 2:25To keep one listing out of your feeds, tick Hide everywhere under Control individual listings, or Portals off to keep it off public portals only. Private listings never travel in any feed.
9. 2:40Several websites? Create one feed per site, and if an address was shared too widely, delete the feed and create a new one: the old address stops working the moment it is deleted.
