1. 0:08The agents directory lists every professional on the NLS network, with their listings, their inventory and whether they're active today. To open it, go to Search in the top menu and choose Agents.
2. 0:23You can also reach it from Explore the Network, further down your dashboard.
3. 0:33Search by name, agency or market. Type Marbella, and every agent working that market is listed, with the count at the top.
4. 0:43Narrow it with the filters: location, agency, listings or buyer wants. Active Agents keeps only the people who have been on the NLS recently.
5. 0:54Rank the results by inventory value, active listings, buyer wants, NLS activity or name.
6. 1:01Each row shows the agent's active listings, the value of their inventory, their buyer wants, and whether they're active today.
7. 1:14Click View Profile to open an agent's page and see who you're dealing with.
8. 1:20It shows their active listings and inventory, their buyer wants and the areas where they're strongest, with their listings underneath.
9. 1:33Back in the directory, click Follow. Their activity now appears in your Following feed on the dashboard.
10. 1:41Click Message to get in touch, by WhatsApp or by email.
11. 1:46When an agent's buyers match your listings, the directory flags a potential match on their row. That's a good reason to message them.
12. 2:00Everyone you follow is listed under My Network. Unfollow from here when a feed gets too busy.
13. 2:08You'll also find it as Manage Network, under the Network feed on your dashboard. Following is one-way: an agent doesn't need to follow you back for you to see their posts. That's the directory: find the agent, open their profile, and follow the ones who matter to your business.
