AI Search is the first thing on your dashboard. Sign in, and at the top you'll see: Who are we searching for today? Next to it is a switch: Me or Client. We'll start with Me, a search for yourself.

How do I search with AI?
Type what you're looking for in the AI search on your dashboard, the way you'd say it to a colleague, in English or Spanish. As you type, small chips show how The NLS reads your brief: the property type, the area and the budget. If one is wrong, change your sentence, then press the search button.
Does a search for a town include nearby areas? Can I search by postcode?
Yes. Search for Marbella, and nearby areas like Benahavís and La Zagaleta are included. You can also search by postcode: 29660 finds Nueva Andalucía.
How do I see sold or withdrawn listings, or change the order of results?
The status chips switch between active, pending, sold, expired and withdrawn listings. Sort changes the order, for example closest to budget or newest, and Refine nudges the search for you: cheaper, more beds, larger, or nearer the beach.
How do I contact the listing agent to book a viewing?
On a search result, click Make appointment. It shows the listing agent's phone number and email; tap one to call or email them about a viewing.
How do I save a search and get alerts?
Under the search bar, press Save search and give it a name. Then choose your alerts: Email tells you as soon as a new listing matches, WhatsApp sends the same email with a button to forward it on WhatsApp, and Off just keeps the search.
Can I turn a search into a buyer want?
Yes. On a saved search, Add buyer want copies the same criteria into a buyer want, ready for you to check and publish.
How do I search on behalf of a client?
Flip the switch next to the search bar from Me to Client. Find them by name or email, or add a new client with their name and email, then press Continue. Nothing is sent to your client at this point, and The NLS saves the search on their file automatically.
