Join The NLS from thenls.com as a Founding Member, enter your agency details, choose a username and password, and land on your dashboard in a couple of minutes.
The NLS is a members-only platform for real-estate agents in Spain. You join from the public website, and your account is created the moment you submit the form. There is no waiting for approval and no card to add.
Founding Member access lets you use the whole platform free until launch. This guide takes you from the Join link to your first look at the dashboard.
Before you start
- Your brokerage name, as you want it to appear on the network.
- An email address you check regularly. Your login details and password resets go there.
- Your phone number and postal code.

Find the sign-up page
Go to thenls.com and click Join in the top corner. The page that opens explains what membership includes.
When you are ready, click Become a Founding Member. A short page confirms that there is nothing to pay today. Click Become a Founding Member again to start the form.

Enter your account details
Fill in your brokerage name, your first and last name, your email address, your phone number and your postal code.
Check the email address carefully before you move on. It is where your login details arrive and where password resets are sent. Then click Submit.

Choose a username and password
Pick a username. It cannot be changed later, so choose one you are happy to keep. Your login email can be changed at any time.
Choose a password of at least eight characters and type it twice to confirm it.
Note You can log in with either your username or your email address, so a short username is fine.

Accept the terms and create the account
Tick the box to accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy, then click Create Account. Your account is created straight away.

Take your first look at the dashboard
You land on your dashboard. A short welcome tour opens over it to help you finish setting up: your profile, your listings and your team. You can follow it now or click Skip and come back to it later.

Good to know
- Nothing to pay today. Founding Member access is free until launch, and you are not asked for a card during sign-up.
- One account per person. If you run an agency, create your own account first and then invite your colleagues from Team. Each of them gets their own login.
- Did the email not arrive? Check your spam folder. If the address was mistyped, log in with your username and correct the email under Account & Security in My Profile.

What is the welcome tour, and can I skip it?
The first time you log in, a six-step tour opens over your dashboard to help you finish setting up. Click Continue or Back to move through it, or Skip if you'd rather do it later. The last step is a launch checklist (agency details, company logo, bio, inviting your team, your listing feed and your first listing), and each item ticks itself off when it's done.
