Find and manage your listings in My Listings

Guide 6 min read 6 steps Updated 1 Nov 2026 Copy link

My Listings is your whole portfolio from draft to sold. Search and filter it, save the views you use, fix what needs attention, change a listing's status and act on several listings at once.

My Listings is every property you represent, from draft to sold. The tabs at the top count your drafts and your active, pending, sold, withdrawn and expired listings, plus the ones that need attention.

This guide shows how to find a listing fast, read what a card is telling you, act on one listing, and work on several at once.

Before you start

  • At least one listing, draft or live, in your account.
  1. Open My Listings

Open it from the menu under your profile picture. Click a tab to see just the listings in that state. The counts update as listings move.

  2. Find a listing fast

Search looks across your whole portfolio: address, title, reference, area or NLS number. Results update as you type.

Filter by agent, area or price. Each filter you add shows as a chip, so you can clear it in one click. Under More you choose whose listings you see, if you are in a team, and how many per page. Sort by price, the newest, or what you updated last, and switch between the grid and a compact list.

  3. Save a view you use every day

Once the search, filters and sort are the way you like, click Save this view and give it a name. It waits for you next time you open My Listings.

  4. Read what needs your attention

A draft card tells you what is still missing before it can go live.

A live listing with a problem gets a red strip. Click it to see why, for example a thin gallery or a short description. Each issue links straight to the part of the listing that fixes it.

  5. Act on one listing

Each card has a menu. From it you can edit the listing, view it, create an E-shot to send it to buyers, copy its link, or archive it.

Change status moves the listing to active, pending, sold, expired or withdrawn. Choosing Sold opens the listing with Sold selected, so you can record the sold price and the sold date, then save.

Note If the sale ran through a deal in The NLS, closing the deal marks the listing sold for you. Change status is for a sale recorded outside a deal.

  6. Work on several at once

Click Select and tick the cards. The bar that appears lets you change their status, assign them to an agent in your team, export them, or archive them.

Export gives you a spreadsheet of the listings you picked. Click Done to leave select mode.

Good to know

  • Archive, don't delete. An archived listing leaves your active views but keeps its history and documents.
  • Clear the red strips first. Thin galleries and short descriptions cost you enquiries, and each issue links to its fix.
  • Team leads: the More menu shows the whole team's listings, and Select lets you reassign a batch when an agent leaves.
  • Withdrawn or expired listings keep their tab, so a returning seller's property can be brought back without re-entering it.
