Questions about this
How do I find a listing in My Listings?
Open My Listings from the menu under your profile picture. The tabs count your drafts, active, pending, sold, withdrawn and expired listings, and the ones that need attention. Search across address, title, reference, area or NLS number, filter by agent, area or price, and click Save this view to keep a view you use every day.
What does the red strip on my listing card mean?
A live listing with a problem gets a red strip. Click it to see why, for example a thin gallery or a short description. Each issue links straight to the part of the listing that fixes it.
How do I change a listing's status?
Open the menu on the listing's card and choose Change status: active, pending, sold, expired or withdrawn. Choosing Sold opens the listing with Sold selected, so you can record the sold price and sold date, then save. The same menu lets you edit, view, create an E-shot, copy the link or archive.
Can I update several listings at once?
Click Select and tick the cards. The bar lets you change their status, assign them to an agent in your team, export them as a spreadsheet, or archive them. Click Done to leave select mode.
