Complete your public profile, enter the company details printed on your contracts, and check how other agents see you, all from My Profile.
Your profile does two jobs. The Public Profile tab is how other agents and their clients see you across the network. The Contract Details tab holds the legal details that are printed on every contract, listing agreement and viewing sheet you issue. Both are worth finishing early, because other agents look at your profile before they work with you and your documents are only as correct as the details behind them.
At the top of the page a profile strength meter shows how complete you are. It is built from identity, expertise and presence, and the tip underneath tells you the next thing to add.
Before you start
- A square profile photo of at least 600 pixels on each side.
- Your trading name, legal name, tax ID or CIF, registered address and agency registration number.
- A company email, phone number and a data-protection contact email.
-
Open My Profile
Click your photo in the top right, then My Profile. The page has three tabs: Public Profile, Contract Details and Account & Security.
-
Add your photo
On Public Profile, start with a photo. Drop an image into the photo area or browse your files. A square image of at least 600 pixels works best; smaller or rectangular images are cropped.
-
Fill in who you are
Fill in your bio and display name, your brokerage, your phone numbers and WhatsApp number, and your region.
Further down, add your social links, the areas you serve, your languages and your specialisms, and tick the professional associations you belong to. Click Save Changes and watch the profile strength go up.
Note Areas, languages and specialisms feed the agent directory filters, so other agents can find you by them.
-
Enter your contract details
Open the Contract Details tab. Fill in your trading name and legal name, your tax ID or CIF, your registered address, and your company phone and email. Add your data-protection email and your agency registration number too.
To check how it will look on a document, click Preview document identity, then save.
Note Documents you have already signed keep the details they were issued with. Changing these fields only affects documents you create from now on.
-
Check your login details
The Account & Security tab holds your login email, your password and two-factor authentication. There is nothing to add here unless you want to change one of them; see Log in, reset your password and log out.
-
See what other agents see
Click Preview Public Profile. Your page shows your active listings and inventory, your buyer wants, your verified badge and the areas where you are strongest, with your listings underneath. If something looks wrong, go back to Public Profile and correct it.
Good to know
- The strength tip is a to-do list. Follow the tip under the meter each time you visit and your profile fills itself in over a few sessions.
- Your display name is what appears on posts and in the directory. Your brokerage appears alongside it.
- Contract details are per agency, not per document. Set them once here rather than typing them into every form.
- Polly reads your profile. If something is missing, the NLS assistant will often suggest adding it as your next step.
