1. 0:08Buyer wants work both ways: when another agent's buyer is looking for what you have, you can put your listing in front of them. Go to the Buyers menu and open Buyer Matches, then switch to All wants to see every want on the network. Click View want on any card to open it.
2. 0:32Read the budget, the areas and the brief, and note the features marked essential. If your listing breaks a deal-breaker, it is not a fit.
3. 0:44The map draws a twelve-kilometre circle around each area. A listing inside a circle can match; one outside every circle is not a fit.
4. 0:58From the panel on the right you can call the agent, email them about the want, send a WhatsApp, or message them in your Universal Inbox. The want's details go with the message, so the agent knows which buyer you mean.
5. 1:16To send your listing against the brief, click Contact agent, then Send my property.
6. 1:26Describe the property you are sending: where it is, the type, the asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms and built area, and anything notable. Then click Calculate my match.
7. 1:38The NLS scores your property against the brief, requirement by requirement, so you see the fit before you send. Click Connect with the buyer's agent.
8. 1:50Your name and email are filled in from your profile. Add a short message, tick the consent box, and click Submit.
9. 1:59Your property is now with the agent. It arrives as a lead in their CRM, with the match attached, and by email, so they can show it to their buyer straight away.
10. 2:17If you are a paying member, you also get one email a day with the new wants in your region. Click View this want to open one.
11. 2:29Or click See all buyer wants; you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. Lead with the fit in your message, and agree co-operation terms with the other agent before the viewing.
