1. 0:08Other agents' open houses and private viewings are the quickest way to see stock for your buyers before you take them round. Click Open Houses in the top menu. Everything scheduled is listed in one place, grouped by date, and if you were invited, the host's email has a button that takes you straight to the right card.
2. 0:34Click a card for the details: the description, notes from the host such as parking or refreshments, the map and who is hosting. The pin on the map is where to go.
3. 0:51If colleagues are coming, click Add team members and type their names and emails.
4. 0:58Then click Confirm Attendance under the RSVP heading. The host is notified by email and in their dashboard alerts.
5. 1:10Switch to the Private viewings tab for viewings by appointment, each with its free slots counted.
6. 1:18On a private viewing, click a free time. You can hold one slot per viewing, a taken slot cannot be booked twice, and a slot that has already started is no longer offered. If the host uses their own Google booking page, Book opens Google's window and Google confirms the booking instead.
7. 1:41The booking is confirmed straight away, with Add to Google Calendar and Download dot I C S.
8. 1:49A confirmation email follows in English and Spanish, with the calendar file attached and the host copied in.
9. 2:00After an open house with feedback switched on, you receive a short questionnaire by email at seven in the evening: how interested your buyers would be, what you liked, how the value feels and what you would pay. The asking price is hidden so the host gets an honest read. Fill it in. It takes a minute, and hosts remember who did.
