1. 0:08A viewing is only half done when the door closes, so record how it went the same day. After a tour stop, open the tour's On the day tab, or Tour Day on your phone, and click Mark Viewing Complete on the stop you have just left.
2. 0:29Note how it went: favourite, interested or not, what they liked, any concerns and their view on the price, then click Save feedback. Your buyer can add their own feedback on their tour page, so ask them to while it is fresh.
3. 0:48The stop moves to Completed, with its feedback kept on the tour.
4. 0:57After a showing of your own listing, open Viewings in the CRM to see every appointment and its outcome. Find the showing and click Record the outcome.
5. 1:09Say what happened, how interested the buyer is, whether they may offer or want a second viewing, and what they said about the price. Then click Save the outcome.
6. 1:23If you ticked Follow-up required when you logged the showing, the next-day task is your prompt to ring the buyer's agent and record their answer.
7. 1:37After an open house, you do not record attendee feedback yourself: with feedback left on, every attendee gets a questionnaire by email at seven that evening, and walk-ins use the QR code at the door. The asking price is hidden from them.
8. 1:56Their answers roll up on your dashboard under Open house feedback: interest, what they liked, how the value feels and what they would pay.
9. 2:10Showing outcomes sit on the seller's record under Showings and feedback, next to the counts of upcoming and completed showings.
10. 2:19They flow into the seller report too. Use them, and the open house price answers, when you report back: several buyers naming the same number is the strongest case for a price review.
