Plot / Land for sale in Cas Concos, Felanitx €650.000

In a rural setting on the outskirts of Cas Concos, this building plot of approx. 15,800 m² is offered with an approved building permit for a finca. The house, designed by a renowned architect, offers wide views towards the Sant Salvador monastery and the village of Cas Concos. The plot is embedded in a mature, Mediterranean landscape that reflects the typical character of the southeast. The project comprises a finca-style residence with approx. 315 m² of living space distributed over two levels. The plans include 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a laundry room, and extensive terraces surrounding the house. A separate garage provides space for two vehicles and features an additional room that can be used as a studio or utility space. The outdoor area is characterized by an established stand of carob trees. A private driveway leads across the plot to the planned house, while an area of approx. 10,000 m² leaves room for a photovoltaic system or a vineyard. We would be pleased to provide you with more information about this project personally.
