Ask eGO to add The NLS as a portal with a Kyero v3 export, tick The NLS under Exportação para portais on each property, and paste the address eGO gives you into Inbound Feeds.
eGO Real Estate publishes to portals itself, and Kyero is part of its free Base Portal Pack. There is no feed address to copy, so you ask eGO to add The NLS as a portal. eGO's FAQ says any portal not yet in its network can be requested by name.
Once The NLS is a portal in your eGO account you tick it on each property you want sent, and paste the address eGO gives you into Inbound Feeds on The NLS.
Before you start
- An eGO login with the permission Publicação para Site e Portais. Without it you cannot publish to portals.
- eGO support details:
[email protected], +351 262 840 462, or in Spain +34 931 845 807. - Your NLS login, with My Listings in your dashboard.
-
Ask eGO to add The NLS as a portal
Email
[email protected], or call +351 262 840 462, or in Spain +34 931 845 807. Ask for a Kyero version 3 export of your own listings to The NLS.eGO adds The NLS to your portals and gives you the feed address. Keep it for the NLS step below.
-
Tick The NLS on each property
Open the Imóveis tab, click the property and choose Editar este imóvel. Under Exportação para portais, tick The NLS and click Salvar imóvel.
Only properties with the state disponível are exported. The property's address goes out only if Exportar morada is ticked, and The NLS needs the address to publish the listing.
-
Publish many at once, and check what is live
Select the properties in Imóveis, choose Publicar para o Site e Portais, pick The NLS and click Guardar.
To see what eGO is currently sending to each portal, look under Divulgação em Portais.
-
Add the feed in Inbound Feeds
On The NLS, go to My Listings and choose Inbound Feeds in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address eGO Real Estate gave you into Feed URL. It must start with
https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example eGO Real Estate sales, then click Add Feed.Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.
Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.
-
Import only some properties, if you want
Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in eGO Real Estate. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.
Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.
-
Check the listings arrived
The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open My Listings. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.
If you have just changed something in eGO Real Estate, click Refresh Feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. eGO sends a newly ticked property on its next export run.
-
Finish each draft before it goes live
Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in My Listings, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.
A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.
Good to know
- Drafts arriving without an address? Tick Exportar morada on the property in eGO. Without it the feed carries no address and you will have to enter it on every draft.
- Photos missing or out of date: photos arrive after the listing text, normally within two hours. If they are still wrong the next day, check the photos on the property in eGO Real Estate, wait for the feed to rebuild and click Refresh Feeds.
- Wrong price or description: The NLS shows what the feed carries. Correct the property in eGO Real Estate, not on The NLS, so the next import brings the fix with it.
- Shared, MLS or network properties must not be in the feed. The NLS holds anything that is not your own direct listing and never publishes it.
