Connect your Infocasa feed to The NLS

Guide 5 min read 6 steps Updated 1 Nov 2026 Copy link

Ask Infocasa support, by phone or contact form, for a Kyero v3 feed of your own listings, choose a specific selection of properties for The NLS, and paste the address into Inbound Feeds.

Infocasa manages your portals from its Feed manager and publishes to them itself. It does not give you a feed address to copy, so you ask Infocasa support to create one for The NLS.

Ask for Kyero version 3 specifically, not the Infocasa XML format. Once the feed exists you choose which properties go through it and paste the address into Inbound Feeds on The NLS.

Before you start

  • An Infocasa login that can manage the Feed manager.
  • Infocasa support details: +34 951 242 111, Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00, or the contact form at infocasa.com/contact-us. No public email is published.
  • Your NLS login, with My Listings in your dashboard.
  1. Ask Infocasa for the feed

Call Infocasa support on +34 951 242 111, Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00, or use the contact form at infocasa.com/contact-us. Ask for a Kyero version 3 feed of your own listings for The NLS.

Say Kyero version 3, not the Infocasa XML format. Infocasa creates the feed and gives you its address.

  2. Choose a specific selection for The NLS

Each feed in Infocasa has a selection mode: a specific selection per portal, the same selection on all portals, or every property automatically. Choose a specific selection for The NLS and tick only your own stock. Infocasa is also a sharing network, so an automatic selection can carry other agencies' properties.

From then on, when you list a property, choose The NLS among its portals. Once the feed exists this is two clicks.

  3. Add the feed in Inbound Feeds

On The NLS, go to My Listings and choose Inbound Feeds in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address Infocasa gave you into Feed URL. It must start with https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example Infocasa sales, then click Add Feed.

Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.

Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.

  4. Import only some properties, if you want

Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in Infocasa. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.

Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.

  5. Check the listings arrived

The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open My Listings. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.

If you have just changed something in Infocasa, click Refresh Feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. Changes made in Infocasa reach The NLS the next morning.

  6. Finish each draft before it goes live

Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in My Listings, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.

A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.

Good to know

  • Other agencies' properties appearing as drafts? The feed is on an automatic or shared selection. Switch it to a specific selection for The NLS and tick only your own stock.
  • Photos missing or out of date: photos arrive after the listing text, normally within two hours. If they are still wrong the next day, check the photos on the property in Infocasa, wait for the feed to rebuild and click Refresh Feeds.
  • Wrong price or description: The NLS shows what the feed carries. Correct the property in Infocasa, not on The NLS, so the next import brings the fix with it.
  • Shared, MLS or network properties must not be in the feed. The NLS holds anything that is not your own direct listing and never publishes it.
