Switch on Use FTP delivery in Inbound Feeds, enter the access data The NLS sends you as a free Kyero portal interface in onOffice, tick The NLS on each property's Marketing tab and transfer.
onOffice does not host a feed address. A transfer job generates the Kyero XML and uploads it by FTP or SFTP to the portal. For The NLS that means the setup runs the other way round: The NLS gives you the FTP access data, and onOffice delivers to it.
You switch on FTP delivery on The NLS first, create The NLS as a free portal interface in onOffice with that access data, and then tick The NLS on each property you want sent.
Before you start
- An onOffice login with access to Extras, Settings, Basic settings.
- onOffice support details:
[email protected], +49 241 44686-122, Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00. In Spain,[email protected]or +34 936 073 620. - Your NLS login, with My Listings in your dashboard.
-
Switch on FTP delivery on The NLS
On The NLS, go to My Listings and choose Inbound Feeds in the menu on the left. Switch on Use FTP delivery. The NLS then sends you the access data for onOffice: the FTP server, user, password and folder, plus a provider number.
There is no address to paste for onOffice. The NLS reads each file onOffice uploads to that folder.
Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.
-
Set up The NLS as a portal in onOffice
In onOffice, open Extras, Settings, Basic settings, and the Portals tab. Click the plus icon, or Add Portal. Tick Free portals, pick a free interface, name it The NLS and set the transmission format to Kyero.
Enter the access data The NLS sent you: provider number, FTP server, user and password. Tick Portal active and save. The FTP check turns green when the connection works.
-
Choose which properties go through
The NLS now appears on each property's Marketing tab, under Portal presentation. Tick the box next to The NLS to include the property in the next update, or click Transfer to send it now. The trash icon removes it from The NLS.
Automatic transmission is a paid add-on that onOffice support switches on. It sends your marked properties once or twice a day. Without it, run Actions, Property Actions, Full portal update whenever you want to send.
-
Import only some properties, if you want
Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in onOffice. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.
Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.
-
Check the listings arrived
The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open My Listings. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.
After a transfer from onOffice, click Refresh Feeds to import the new file straight away. Otherwise The NLS reads the latest file it has received every 24 hours.
-
Finish each draft before it goes live
Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in My Listings, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.
A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.
Good to know
- FTP check not turning green? Re-enter the server, user and password exactly as The NLS sent them, and check the folder. If it still fails, onOffice support at
[email protected]can see the transfer log. - Nothing arriving after a tick? Ticking only queues the property for the next update. Click Transfer on the property, or run Full portal update, then click Refresh Feeds on The NLS.
- Photos missing or out of date: photos arrive after the listing text, normally within two hours. If they are still wrong the next day, check the photos on the property in onOffice, wait for the feed to rebuild and click Refresh Feeds.
- Wrong price or description: The NLS shows what the feed carries. Correct the property in onOffice, not on The NLS, so the next import brings the fix with it.
- Shared, MLS or network properties must not be in the feed. The NLS holds anything that is not your own direct listing and never publishes it.
