Connect your Inmovilla (Apinmo) feed to The NLS

Email [email protected] with your agency number for a Kyero v3 XML, mark each property Publicar en portales, keep collaborator and MLS stock out, and paste the address you receive into Inbound Feeds.

Inmovilla, which you may know by its older technical name Apinmo, builds a Kyero version 3 XML for each agency on request. Feed addresses on procesos.apinmo.com are Inmovilla feeds.

You ask for the feed by email, mark the properties you want sent inside Inmovilla, and paste the address into Inbound Feeds on The NLS. The feed refreshes once a night.

   Ask Inmovilla for the Kyero XML

   Email [email protected] from your agency's authorised address. Give your agency number and ask for the XML in Kyero version 3 format for The NLS.

   The feed address comes back by email, usually within 24 to 48 working hours. If you need to chase it, call +34 966 673 149.

   Mark the properties to publish

   Open a property, click Editar, and under Web y Portales choose Publicar en portales or Publicar en web y portales, then save. No publicar takes it out again.

   Only properties in the state Libre, Ofertada or Sólo publicar are sent, and each needs a sale price, a property type, a town and a zone. For many at once, filter the list in Propiedades, open Acciones, then Portales, and choose marcar seleccionadas or marcar filtradas. Vaciar portal empties the selection.

   Keep shared stock out

   Collaborator and Círculo or MLS properties must not go into the NLS feed. The NLS already holds shared inventory and will hold anything that is not your own direct listing.

   If Inmovilla linked a portal checkbox or a Calidad to your feed, tick it only on your own properties.

   Add the feed in Inbound Feeds

   On The NLS, go to My Listings and choose Inbound Feeds in the menu on the left. Click + Add feed. Paste the address Inmovilla gave you into Feed URL. It must start with https://. Type a name you will recognise into Feed name, for example Inmovilla sales, then click Add Feed.

   Your feed appears in the list and the first import starts straight away. From then on The NLS re-reads it every 24 hours.

   Note Leave Manage inventory manually switched off. It pauses feed imports and is meant for agents who add every listing by hand.

   Import only some properties, if you want

   Further down the page, under Reference allowlist, click + Add reference and enter a property reference exactly as it appears in Inmovilla. Add one reference at a time. Only the references you list are imported.

   Leave the list empty to take the whole feed. Most agents do, and choose which properties travel inside their CRM instead.

   Check the listings arrived

   The panel on the right of Inbound Feeds shows the import as it runs: how many properties and images have been processed, and when the last import finished. When it has run, open My Listings. Each imported property is there as a draft, and its photos follow within about two hours.

   If you have just changed something in Inmovilla, click Refresh Feeds to import straight away instead of waiting for the next daily read. Inmovilla rebuilds the XML once a night, so a change made today shows on The NLS tomorrow.

   Finish each draft before it goes live

   Imported listings wait as drafts until three things are confirmed: the property's address, the listing agreement with the seller, and the agreement's expiry date. Open each draft in My Listings, confirm the three and publish it. Very large imports can take up to 24 hours to finish arriving.

   A listing that later disappears from your feed is withdrawn on The NLS automatically, and republished if it comes back. You do not need to remove it by hand.
